Travis brings nearly two decades of pastoral ministry experience to Generous Life, having led multi-site growth and built high-performing teams in large church settings. He is the founder of Relequity Group, an executive coaching and organizational strategy firm where he partners with C-suite leaders to align vision, strategy, and culture. An ordained minister, Travis holds a Master of Divinity from Duke University. He lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he enjoys sports, the outdoors, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
